Overview

Yeo & Yeo Computer Consulting is seeking a skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. The Account Executive is responsible for selling our IT solutions, partner products and managed services packages. The candidate must be experienced in sales with a background in technology. The candidate should also be goal oriented with goals and strategies to help grow YYCC in order for both parties to benefit.

An ideal candidate is someone who has previously worked in the IT industry with experience with managed services. Experience selling technology solutions and a history of managing projects and needs of clients is are essential elements of the Account Executive. Candidates must be experienced in delivering IT solution sales to SMB and public sector (state/local government and education) customers in this market. YYCC’s IT solutions include hardware and software installation, hardware and software maintenance, networking, training, migrations, IT project planning, security audits, assessments, planning and design, installation and configuration, multi-system integration, performance analysis, managed services, and ongoing network, management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for developing, tracking, reporting and managing all internal and external sales activities
  • Responsible for the initiation, arrangement and attendance for client tours as needed
  • Assist with the successful seamless transition of clients from new sales to strategic sales management team
  • Build and solidify close relationships with vendor partners and distributors
  • Reach Sales goals as set
  • Track all sales activity, opportunity and sales funnel activity

Job Requirements

  • College Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience
  • Previous proven expertise in managed services and technology infrastructure sales.
  • Proposal creation and working with vendors/manufacturers to assist with proposal process
  • Assess customers' needs and identify the products/solutions that best meet those needs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others a must
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills required
  • Some travel required
  • Able to meet or exceed projected sales goals/sales activity requirements
  • Proven track record in sales; prior technology sales experience a plus
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is required

Computer Technician

Overview

Yeo & Yeo Computer Consulting seeks a skilled computer technician. Candidates must possess the ability to assemble, install, configure, and maintain multi-environment computers, monitors, and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware. Candidates must also possess skills and abilities to install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and software applications; have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software related issues, as well as resolve end-user problems. Candidates must be able to document technical hardware and software information. Train clients in basic computer hardware and software use and maintenance. This position requires the candidate be willing to learn emerging technologies and show initiative in seeking supplemental knowledge and understanding of systems support. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. A+ Certification is a plus.
