Help Desk Scheduler/Coordinator

Seeking an administrative professional with experience as a Help Desk Scheduler/Coordinator. Skilled in customer service with the ability to effectively assist users needing technical assistance. Invoke the proper support mechanism in response to the service requests. Ability to manage dispatch schedules, and to handle constantly changing flow of traffic. Accurately and timely log all Help Desk service requests through call tracking software. Multi-task effectively and maintain Help Desk operating procedures. Working knowledge of common computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems a plus. Prior working experience with customer service and dispatching preferred. Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills.
