John M. Kunitzer is President and CEO of Yeo & Yeo, P.C., Yeo & Yeo Computer Consulting, LLC and Affiliated Medical Billing, LLC. In addition, he and the Board of Directors assume responsibility for Yeo & Yeo's nine CPA offices located in Alma, Ann Arbor, Bay City, Flint, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Marlette, Midland and Saginaw.
John is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Michigan Association of CPAs. He is also a member of the Saginaw Valley State University Board of Fellows, Saginaw Diocese Investment Committee, St. Mary's Hospital Foundation Board, Michigan Catholic Conference Pension Board, Saginaw Area Catholic Schools Finance Committee, St. Thomas Aquinas Church finance committee. He is a board member and past president of the Saginaw Club and a member and past president of the Saginaw Valley Rotary Club. In 2002, John was recognized as Saginaw Valley State University's Alumni of the Year. John joined Yeo & Yeo in April of 1973.
Jeff McCulloch

Jeff McCulloch is President of Yeo & Yeo Computer Consulting, LLC. Jeff began his career at Yeo & Yeo in 1996 as a software support specialist. He has also held positions as Sales Representative, Systems Group Manager, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Jeff has over 15 years of experience in business development, product management, and business operations within high technology companies. Prior to joining Yeo & Yeo, he served as a Controller, where he was responsible for managing day to day operations.
A graduate of Central Michigan University, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and minors in Business Administration and Management. Jeff is a Certified Macola Trainer (CMT), and is also certified from Exact Software in the fields of Manufacturing Planning & Control (MPC) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Jeff is an active member of the Saginaw Jaycees.
